Pair of vintage japanese salt & pepper shakers with transferprint pattern of grape leaves/floral scrollwork on white porcelain. Shakers are round with scalloped base/ridges extending to top, and pattern extends from bottom of sides to top close to holes for salt/pepper. The matching pair has what appears to be replacement plastic stoppers on back.
wear consistent with age & use - imperfections in pattern are typical of transfer print not signs of wear
